For your perusal:

"What? Were you born in a barn?":

     Are יהוה people:
...like the pagan, who ends up on the news during the xmas 'season of love', explaining that she beat-up another mother to obtain the last 'Baby Goes Wee Wee All Over The Place' doll because: "We all do it to show our children how much we love them!"?
...like a tribe of monkeys on a rampage?
...as unlearned children- unable to 'color between the lines'?
...filled with an I just smashed into your car- take care of me attitude?

Read:  "What? Were You Born In A Barn?" under Benmara's Bloviations.

Should we take the pagan’s songs and use them as our own to Halal  יהוה with? Should we consider the music of the nameless lord as our very own pure and righteous offering to Him, Who is without sin? Is it appropriate to worship Abba Yahuah in the same manner in which non-believers praise their pantheon of gods?
Read:  "Should We Sing The Pagan's Songs?" Under "Thinking: What a Concept / Sincerity"

From  "Ba'al ben 'El'  under Thinking:  What A Concept on the menu:

"...as Pharaoh of this ancient land I've learned many things, not the least importance of which is to pamper the superstitious leanings of my people.  They have faith in such things as portents and prophesies; they deify animals and reptiles.  For every activity of man, for every manifestation of nature, they've a god.  There's a god to blame for their ills, for their stupidities, for their lack of diligence in the prosecution of their daily affairs.  What harm is there in it?  It keeps them happy and content with their lot to shift responsibility for their own delinquencies to the shoulders of the gods."
